Important Notice
Only US orders are eligible for returns. At this time, MALIKA does not accept returns for orders shipped outside the United States.
Returns — US Orders Only
MALIKA accepts returns on unworn clothing items that are returned with their original tags and clear garment packaging with the SKU label attached. Exchanges are not accepted.
Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery, beginning on the date the tracking information shows the order as delivered.
Once a return has been approved, the item must be shipped back within 7 days of approval to qualify for a full refund.
For orders shipped in multiple packages, the return period begins from the final delivery date.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn and in their original condition.
- Original tags and packaging must be included.
- The SKU label must remain visible and attached.
- Items that do not meet these requirements may be rejected or may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Non-Returnable Items — Final Sale
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Beauty products
- Bodysuits
- Face masks
- Intimates / Lingerie
- Jewelry
- Swimwear
- Wholesale / bulk orders
Shipping & Fees
- Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
Return Processing
Once MALIKA receives your returned item, please allow 5–7 business days for the return to be processed.
You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been completed and your refund has been processed.

- MALIKA reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
